There's no such thing as coincidences. I believe our paths crossed for a reason, my friend. 

I've been where you are, in fact I've been there over & over again.  Health, wealth, & happiness is a continual journey & not a destination. I know what it's like to feel unwell, to feel frustrated & hopeless, to feel lost & confused. I know what it's like to feel like you've finally figured it all out & are on top of the mountain just to tumble back down to a place of sickness, unhappiness, & loneliness.  Questioning everything & yourself once again.  So when I say I see you & I understand, it's not just lip service.  I really & truly mean it. 

I also know what it takes to pick yourself back up & get back on the right path over & over again.  What it feels like to reach the top again & feel your absolute best  Even better than you did before the fall.  I want to scream it from the mountaintop & throw ropes down to help others in their climb.
